List alternate actors for popular movies (good or bad) that you would replace certain things about (actors, directors, writers, composers). You can choose to either remake, reboot or just make minor changes to the aforementioned film of your choosing.

My Pick:
STAR WARS PREQUELS
-- First, I would recast a few of the characters
* Mace Windu (Played by Dennis Haysbert although I loved SLJ as Windu originally)
* Anakin Skywalker (Played by either Joshua Jackson, Christian Bale or Ryan Phillippe)
* Jar-Jar Binks removed and to make up for lost footage/subplots, Yoda would travel along with Qui-Gon to Tattooine and provide successful laughs along the way
* Anakin's Mother (Played by Laura Linney or Julianne Moore)
* Emperor Palpatine (Played by Ian McKellan)
* Senator Bail Organa (Played by Eric Roberts, although once again Jimmy Smits was good as the original choice)
* Some of the background Jedi who are one-dimensional could at least be played by better-known actors like Lucy Liu (Shaak Ti), Dijimou Hounsou, Paul Giamatti, Carlos Bernard, Mark Harmon, Reiko Aylesworth and Adam Baldwin.

-- The fight scenes would be choreographed and directed by Corey Yuen so they would actually be exciting for once.

-- Splendid Musical Score would be co-scored by Hans Zimmer so that all the movies would be twice as epic and not have that awful romantic score from the second film.

-- And the scripts for all three films would be written by Lawrence Kasdan with minor Lucas add-ons (Midichlorians, jedi code, Clone Wars premise) but overall all the dialogue would by Kasdan.

Jet Li would be played by Edison Chen.

The fight scenes would be Choreographed by Jet Li or Yuen Woo-Ping!

I can't really remember any of the Supporting cast, so, yeah :)

Also, I thought BTF had really good potential too be a great movie, the only let down being it was pretty old, and it was Jet Li's first time Directing.

I'd probably say Yuen Woo-Ping would direct it!

I think they would be better without Lucas "contributing" to the script at all, LOL. I think Kasden could handle them on his own. Also, get somebody good to direct. Imagine a Christopher Nolan Star Wars movie... Holy Shit...

Well, I think Lucas can bring good ideas, but he must not be a part in the story. And for Director I will be happy if it was Paul Verhoeven who made the second trilogy.

Jason Statham as The Hitman instead of Timothy Olyphant.

To be honest, I'm not a huge Statham fan (despite loving the first Transporter, WAR, Chaos and his Guy Ritchie films).

A British badass like him would be too much for Agent 47. I always thought that a younger Bruce Willis could handle the role. Hell, how about Dolph Lundgren shave his head and play his own badass self? Then everyone's happy . . .

While I'm not resistent to that, Paul would go over the top with the lightsaber battles and they were actually solidly done. Just get a good HK fight choreographer and stick with a veteran like Spielberg.

Nolan would be cool but too much I think. :|

Dont think Statham or Lundgren is a good choice for the part of 47. Vin Diesel could work maybe.

That could be cool, but its still a bit early to redo that one. Other than that i have no idea what should be done. Most series not run completely in the ground could probably just have a sequel.

Death Wish starring Kurt Russell (Cash was always better than Tango)

Yeah, I think the main issue was that Li was concerned with two duties: directing and starring. And since that's not always easy, the movie suffered. I still liked it a lot especially for the opening scene and melodrama near the end.

But yeah Ping would've given the movie an extra punch that it needed (pun intended).

That might've actually been a good idea. Then we wouldn't need countless sequels, just one nonstop kickass movie with Kurt.
