Rice noodles in soup seasoned with garlic, served with a small slice of beef to go with it.

Side dishes : Scallop omelettes.... dang, I just fucking loved scallop omelettes :lol: A handful of scallops, fried with garlic, onions and seasoned with spices, then fried again with three eggs. A popular delicacy in Taiwan since.... don't know when. (burp)

Didn't really eat much of a meal today, but yesterday we had grilled pork chops for dinner with macaroni and cheese. Good stuff. Simple, but good.

Rice, with 2 side dishes that is fish in thick soy sauce and fried chicked marinated with prawn paste makes a kick a$$ dinner :lol:
