My thoughts exactly...
Funny enough, about 90% of my PS3-games are uncut UK-imports :D

I won't buy it, because I got a perfectly working cheap DVD played with all of them to watch already. I'm not buying a blu-ray or any of these re-releases.

I keep hearing about how awesome the transfer is for those old films. It's too hard for me too resist.

I already caved, bought them about two months back. In two words; worth it.

I still haven't. I know it's stupid, but I'm waiting to see if they do standalone versions so I can avoid getting the fourth. I don't want any of my money to go towards something that pisses me off so much. Same reason why I've never got the Star Wars Blu-rays.

The problem with that is that you loose the 5th bonus disc which is what justifies it too me. I would probably get the SW ones too, but I find them a bit stiff in price.

See, I hadn't even looked into what's on the bonus disc. The stuff on the DVD bonus disc I have now is OK, but the making-ofs are the main thing I'm interested in and they were pretty brief considering how famous the films are. I'll have a look at whether they've done new ones for the Blu-rays.

If I get enough money for christmas I think I'll get the blu-ray boxset. I'm just gonna have to grit my teeth and bite the bullet (if it's possible to do both of those at the same time) regarding the fourth movie, it's worth it just to have Temple of Doom uncut finally.
