Very true.

We won’t see shit, but we’ll get the impression of the fight scene and everyone’s happy. Well, I don’t think so. I’m not a big fan of the way they film action in the Bourne films, or The Dark Knight for that matter."

Nice to see they've done some new bonus material.

After being strong for so long, I finally caved and pre-ordered this. Kinda had to really, Bond was the only thing I watched when I was a kid. Well, that and Thunderbirds, but then I got too old to justify the latter.

It's going to be SOooo worth it man. Not only to finally own ALL the films on Blu, but the set even looks amazing. Each film has it's own Bond-Girl themed sleeve, including one for Skyfall, and it comes with a poster retrospective book as well.

Yeah, it was just over £90, but it works out as like £4 a film, which is pretty good value. Not to mention most of my favourites aren't actually available on Blu-ray at all outside of the set (for now at least). Nice that they've left a slot for Skyfall too, and hopefully I'll get the book, so far all I've been ale to find out about availability is that it will be included with "initial volumes".

I caved too, the only catch is that I decided to place the order at my current adress (aka my mom's house) and I will not be living here next year, but I'm not going to bother having it sent to my "new place" since I'll only be living there for little more than 8 months as I attend school.

Guess I'll just have to marathon them while I'm home for Christmas.

Good news: if the cover art on Amazon.co.uk is accurate, Tim Dalton is no longer scratching his nuts.

I think that last one there is just for you Region 1 cats, UK Amazon has no mention of it.

Also, after seeing that Roger Moore has recorded commentaries for all his Bond films he earns a lot of points in my book. The only other Bond that could be bothered was Brosnan, and that one is for Die Another Day.

I can just imagine them contacting Connery and he's all like "screw you, I'm retiered", while Moore is just like "Bond, well that stuff is my legacy of course I'll do it."

Ah that sucks, I quite enjoy oldschool movie posters, especially for these old film series, they're so much more classy than the ones you get today. I'm a little disappointed they didn't use any poster-related art on the individual discs as well to be honest, the design they've gone for across the board is a little bland.

That's cool, I didn't know that. Like you say, a pity they didn't get them all in on it. Surely Connery can record his commentaries at home, sat by the fire with a glass of whiskey in his hand?
