The Goal:
To have a yearly definitive list of The 100 Best, Most Badass Action/Adventure/Thriller-Action/War-Action/Western-Action Films Of All Time (according to Team AOBG (that's all of us)).

Step One: Title Submission
From now until December 31st, 2012, all those who wish to participate and have joined this here forum, will be allowed to submit their own lists of their favorite 25 action films they deem badass enough to be considered the best-of-the-best of Action, in this here thread.

And in case you're wondering, here is what we at AOBG consider to be an "Action" movie: Any film in which action drives the plot. To extrapolate, any movie in which the story of the film is progressed through scenes of action. Simple, right? Also, a good rule of thumb would be: If you look the film up on IMDb, and under the GENRE it says at least Action or Adventure, it's relatively safe for consideration. For a list of films that ARE NOT, see the second post of this thread.

NOTE: Important, DO NOT waste any of your 25 action submissions on titles ALREADY on the current list. These titles will automatically be up for consideration on 2012's. ALSO! For a good starting point of ideas on what to grace your lists with, check out the list of "Losers" from last years list HERE. There are a lot of great flicks on there that could very well make it this year...

NOTE: In order to keep things tidy, I'll ask that every participant reserve themselves JUST ONE post in this thread SPECIFICALLY for their own submissions and just edit it accordingly over the course of the open submission time-frame as needed/wanted. That thread is once again, located, HERE

Step Two: Marathon Men
As they are posted, it is your job/duty/pleasure to get out there and view as many of the other participating AOBGer's selections that you yourself have not seen (as possible), until the cut-off date (which is, once again, December 31st). You know, in order to broaden your badass horizons and to have a truthful and better say in what will make the final cut.

Step Three: End Of The Year Election
Beginning January 1st, everyone's title submissions will be listed alphabetically (each film only once, obviously) in this topic's second post: 'The List Of Top Action Candidates'. Then, each participant will vote on every movie on 'The List Of Top Action Candidates' that they have truthfully seen, on a scale of 1 to 10 using the following scale as a reference:

04 = Not Good: Fails To Entertain

Voting shall then commence through January 7th. That means you have from JANUARY 1ST - 7TH TO VOTE on the 'The List Of Top Action Candidates' (which, once again, is the COMBINED list of all movies, from all participants to be posted in the next reply, by me, on January 1st, 2013).

Step Four: I Tally-Ho
All the ratings submitted by January 7th, 2013 (the rating cut-off date) by the participants will then be added up, divided and averaged (based on how many voted on each particular movie), by me to create a Team AOBG Rating for each entry.

NOTE: Depending on how many of you AOBGer's end up participating, there may or may not be a minimum vote per movie for it to remain eligible. I.E. I don't think it would fair for a movie with a high average rating from 10 votes, to lose out to one that rated higher averaged from, 2 votes. But this potential cut-off remains to be seen.

Step Five: Success
Finally, after averaging up all 'The List Of Top Action Candidates' votes, the Top 100 shall be named in
