I honestly think Hugh Laurie deserved it more that year, he was genius.

Also, the cancer thing had nothing to do with it as the voting deadline was 8 days prior to the cancer being public news.

Not really as important as the Golden Globes, but Michael C. Hall won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Dexter too.

Which is even more surprising considering that Dexter is a Showtime original and therefor has a lot less viewers than say House that has great viewer ratings.

Just finished watching season 5 and I got to say it was the most even season since the second one, although it was never as good as season 4 was at its best.

It also nabbed another 3 Globe nominations, although I haven't seen the other performances nominated, but I got to say Michael C. Hall was probably the best he's been this season. Can't wait for season 6.
