Thanks for your response.

I think Ping would give it that creative flair it needed. I also think Jet Li shoud've used his Wushu rather than American Boxing.

Jet Li would be played by Edison Chen.
The fight scenes would be Choreographed by Jet Li or Yuen Woo-Ping!
I can't really remember any of the Supporting cast, so, yeah
Also, I thought BTF had really good potential too be a great movie, the only let down being it was pretty old, and it was Jet Li's first time Directing.
I'd probably say Yuen Woo-Ping would direct it!

Yeah, I think the main issue was that Li was concerned with two duties: directing and starring. And since that's not always easy, the movie suffered. I still liked it a lot especially for the opening scene and melodrama near the end.

But yeah Ping would've given the movie an extra punch that it needed (pun intended).

Death Wish starring Kurt Russell (Cash was always better than Tango)

That might've actually been a good idea. Then we wouldn't need countless sequels, just one nonstop kickass movie with Kurt.

True, very true but I liked how Li's boxing in the movie and it was choreographed decently. Plus, it was to show how he had to adapt his enemy's fighting techniques to adapt, gain extra leverage and fight back the way he did in the end.

Predators-If it was recast and rebooted they should definitely get someone like Mark Dacascos as the lead role and have it actually take place on earth.

Nah, it was already done to death in Predator and AVP: Requiem so they should just keep it on another alien world or maybe have an outer space battle. I always wondered if that Predator ship was deadly or not. 8-)

Some more ideas that I just had to throw out there:

James Bond 007: If the franchise takes it's sweet time getting back together and Daniel Craig loses interest, I hope to God that Sean Bean or Clive Owen accepts the lead role and the series gets directors like John Irvin or Stephen Frears.

Blue Ice/RED/True Lies-type film reboot: Basically make a loose remake that's essentially the concept of an elderly, retired spy who gets dragged back into the business and kicks major ass despite being in his 60s/80s. And cast someone like Scott Glenn or Peter O'Toole in the lead role! :P

If Rutger Hauer and Michael Caine can do it, so can Glenn or Sir Peter.

Bourne Identity saga: Don't know why but I was always curious as to how it would've been had Christian Bale chosen to be the title character for this franchise as opposed to Bruce Wayne. It would've been a tad more believable and possibly kicked more ass. What do you guys think? Well, at least the final result wasn't someone like Keanu Reeves or Ryan Phillippe & the man currently cast as Bourne in Legacy is Jeremy Renner. 8-)

Nolan Batman films: Alright, this is too random but I always wondered what it would've been like had Ray Stevenson been Batman. I think he has solid range and isn't limited like some would think; hell how about Mark Strong or Joseph-Gordon Levitt as the Joker?

The A-Team- I would've cast someone else in the other roles, kept Liam Neeson as Hannibal & has Mr. T return as B.A. Baracus

Agreed. 24 would have been so much more awesome with Nic Cage. They could even have him casted as every single character and it would still be awesome.
