White Fire was directed by a French director, Jean-Marie Pallardy who has also directed a lot of porns, and Bruce Le Strikes Back.

I didn't know the director of White Fire did porn, but considering the amount of gratuitous nudity in it I'm not surprised. He actually acts in White Fire, he plays Robert Ginty's father who gets burned to death in the opening scene, and he appears to do the incredibly dangerous stunt himself.
