As for the hotel scene, I got 2 others. One of whom is knocked into the water by a comrade's machinegun burst, but that's not what kills him. He's last seen floundering away in the water, surely drowning. The second is harder to see. He falls from the top floor into the water, also likely drowning. So tallying up everything...
