Agreed and that would make him the third actor who got a page just from playing a superhero (the first being Christian Bale and second being Ray Stevenson).

Alright so Downey's the fourth contender in the making (assuming that Val Kilmer's page isn't up by the time he breaks 100).

Just thinking about something after seeing Spartan on TV. During a scene, Val Kilmer kills a cop and another guy (there is squibs), but those are fake kills, does it count?

I asked Kain about that a while ago, and he said:

"For the wild west show, it would depend on how real it looked. In JCVD we are actually watching the movie that is being filmed, so they count. Just like in Bruce Willis's Sunset. Once it transitions to reality, we would no longer count anything we see. With a live show it gets very tricky though. I haven't seen it, so I'll leave it up to you."

Note: this was a private message and I'm not sure what this board's policy is on making them public, but I don't this I was stepping over any boundaries by posting this.

As real as it looks, it's clearly a faked death and afterwards when he kills one of the convicts, you see him giving a note to the rest of the spy team and some people putting bullet proof vests over their suits in the background so it's instantly revealed that we can't count those.
