Jason Statham gets smashed in Gnomeo & Juliet (a decent animated comedy BTW).

I'm not very surprised, it's a Chang Cheh movie :(

Anyway Chiang dies in Legend of the 7 golden vampires

Ti Lung in 7 man army, Vengeance, New one armed swordsman, Brotherhood of war, Trilogy of the swordsmanship and the Heroic Ones.

Animated movies??? So we count the deaths of animated characters here?? Well...

Didn't Vin Diesel's animated giant robot character die in the end of The Iron Giant? Maybe we can include that

I figured that we counted it since we counted CGI voice-overs (Narnia) and Nicolas Cage's death was counted in the 2002 animated version of A Christmas Carol.

No, we don't count animation. I'm pretty sure of that.

I count animation in this thread because why not? Its not labelled as official.

Also, pretty sure the point of the ending of The Iron Giant was to show that the giant wasn't dead.

Yeah, but the ending scene shows his parts starting to locate each other so they can rebuild him.
